Pilar’s Cart runs at local markets March through November, where we serve our regular and seasonal tamales, seasonal fresh "waters", our house drinks (tamarind, horchata, and hibiscus). The tamale meal is the most popular item at the markets, and includes one tamale with homemade red salsa sauce, casamiento, fried plantains, curtido, and a house drink.

On Saturdays, look for us at the Ann Arbor Farmer’s Market, located in the historic Kerrytown District in a lovely open-air marketplace.

On Thursdays, look for us at the Westside Farmer’s Market in the parking lot of the Zingerman’s Roadhouse.
